Best choice to remove scuff marks from my rear bumper?

so I was parked a few days ago and someone hit me from behind, left two scuff marks each approximately 2 inches long by 1 inch wide and about an inch away from each other, with a few little scratches around them. I have a mazda 6i titanium silver metallic, I am not that experienced with body and paint work, so what do you guys think is the best place to go to? A body shop or somewhere else? and maybe an idea on how much it will cost? Don't have pictures unfortunately but I tried to describe it as best as I could


I go to school near Baltimore so if anyone knows a good place around there that would be awesome as well

Depends on how deep the scratches are. If they are just topical scratches, wax, any sort of scratch remover, or believe it or not that Billy Mays scratch remover pen works decent. If it took the paint off and can see the black bumper material underneath, a cheaper fix would be touch up paint (if you are good at it).

there is no black bumper underneath, pretty smooth when I run the back of my hand on it. I tried Nu Finish Scratch remover and nothing happened (it has worked for tiny scratches) I will try to take a picture when I can use my gf's camera since I don't have one
