AllData DIY?

Just checked ALLDATA, its DIY version is $19.99 for 1 month subscription.
I'm nowhere near a pro, just trying to maintain my CX-5 and looking for some guidance.
I've read some folks were talking about $30 for 24 hour access, wondering this is the same version they're talking about. Am I missing something?
