As promised hardpipes are finally ready for sale. Attached are what all of our hardpipes will start out as. Everything else is up to you! You pick the powdercoating, you pick the flange, additional cost for aftermarket flanges(currently $5 for greddy), you pick the details.

Why should you buy our pipes?
* Notice that ours are SINGLE pipes, no ugly weld marks, no worries about variation, the CNC machine provides EXACT copies with no welding, just single smooth mandrel bent pipes.

*Our pipes are powdercoated aluminized steel. Not just any powdercoating, the best automated powdercoating available, the same facility Harley Davidson uses for its motorcycle components. This means we can back our product with a LIFETIME WARRANTY, thats right we will stand behind our product for life!

*We only use silicon connectors with industrial t-bolt clamps.

*Unlike our competition we dont charge an enourmous amount for an aftermarket flange additions

*Why wait 3 months for other hardpipes when you can have yours the same month?

*This doesnt require you to wait for a group buy, this is the normal price!

As said before this is what your hardpipes will start their lives as, all the finishing details are up to you!

Yep pipes can do stock bpv...actually these are the easiest and will probably be the quickest to get out and done...pipes take about 20 minutes to install. Intake isnt finished yet so dont have a price at the moment...

To cover up the BPV flange after putting in a BOV would be easy. All you would have to do is clamp a hose to the BPV flange, and then clamp a pipe plug onto the other end of the hose.

If you wanted to plug up the BOV flange though, that would be harder depending on which flange it is.

Exactly, just like this:

Sweet deal. I have 2 quick questions though.

1. Do you have any new pics with Black or Silver powder coats?

2. I wouldn't mind sticking with my stock bpv until i figure out which ones work well with our car and sound cool at the same time. Sorry, i haven't done enough investigating yet, but the deal sounds very good.

Any fitment issues when used in conjunction with Injen or AEM CAI? My AEM runs pretty tight with the pipe from the intercooler to the intake manifold.

My friend is interested in these. I PMed you on Mx6.com but you never got back. Im sure your not on there much.

How much would you charge to install a 1st gen DSM bypass flange on the hardpipes??

They look great!!! I like them, I think he'll get them In black.

I'll have powdercoated pics here in a day or so..just waiting on the "shake and bake" man to call me back when they're done. THere should not be a problem with CAI systems. I will confirm this tomorrow on a locals car (we designed these to not be affected by intake setups, but my car has a stock intake so I havent verified with a fitment yet). Ordering has already started I have 5 spots filled. I will collect money as soon as I ship out product. I dont like to collect money until the product is boxed and labeled for delivery, however if you feel it necessary you can send me money now via paypal(please pm me for the addy, so that I can keep track of everything) Hehe being an ex-dsmer I can get 1gbov flanges all day long for around $6. Black powder coating will be the first batch out, and will be the quickest turn around time as they can be done in conjunction with Harley parts on the assembly line.

Dsm, I Am Glad To See You Worked Every Thing Out To Sell On Here!
It Seems We All Will Benifit From Your Help!
Thanks!
Rickie

Why don't you just do some research before ordering the hardpipes & make up your mind?

hey dsm. so these won't have any probs with hittin the master cylinder? correct. oh and hey, got an pix of the couplers?

If there are no clearance problems with the Injen, put me down for the silver with stock bpv. Just pm me when you need my money and I'll paypal as soon as I get the word!!

Ok 8 spots are filled 2 left for free shipping...but dont worry even if you dont get free shipping you're still getting a great deal! Lamp there isnt any issues that we've noticed thus far with rubbing and such. Couplers are standard turbo red/blue silicon connectors and a reducer for the top TB connection. When protyping we tried both humps and normal connectors and noticed ablsolutely not difference as far as vibrations(the stock IC sits on rubber bushings soley for this purpose) however if anyone feels they need them I'm sure our hose wholesaler can get them for us.

stick me in a slot for a silver set dsm. ...as long as they're not gonna rust on me....still not to sure about this whole aluminized-steel thing...LOL

what do we do with the silenoid that mounts to the stock pipe? Damn, I'm just full of questions tonight =) lol

i want a spot for the black with a hks ssqv flange but i'm going on vaction sunday and won't be back till the 24. is there anyway i can save the spot get the free shipping and not have them sent out or pay for them till then?
