Need some help

Does anyone know how to remove the interior paneling pieces in the pictures below? All the silver I need to come out so I can paint. Also any specific way to remove door handle? Thanks!

As for the console trim.. Pull on the trim surrounding the e-brake, then pull the shifter trim upwards, super easy
