lowering
I think customizing your car is like a haircut "everbody has their own style". I do however feel if you get bigger wheels please lower your car.. "YOU LOOK LIKE STEVE ERKEL!" with that highwater gap effect. If your car is stock and not lowered no problemo... see the gap is about even that puffy profile on your tire. Now, If you lower your car it is "The Norm" to drop your car at least to match the profile on the tire so all of you out there with 19's should have at least a 1.5 to 2" drop. and for those of you out there with audio systems and think that is lowered you are mistaken as the front is still sky high.. there are spring kits out there made especially for cars with a few hundred pounds of weight in them. Now this is my own opinion on lowering no need to take offense for all you steve erkel's out there...
perfect example of what not to do..
Take a look to the left and look at my car i even oversized to a 215/45-17 so i wouldnt have as big of a gap it still looks too high to me.. but I am waiting for tokico to come out with their shocks in July they will be paired with some vogtland springs.
