Who is running aftermarket steering wheels?

i want to replace my steering wheel, thinking of going with w Personal steering wheel.
anyone want to share pics of there aftermarket steering wheel setups? what hub adapters are you using?

Do it right, get a Works Bell Hub Adapter, They are balla' status. But justinlansdale has a aftermarket wheel, only one I can think of ATM

sparco hub + NRG 2.5 quick release + nardi rep wheel

Also if you get any type of nrg quick release you can lock that up with the nrg lock that goes in place of the steering wheel.Had one and loved it.

Isn't it" against the law" (wink) to change your wheel if you have an air bag because your altering you saftey equipment....I've thought about doin it myself but wasent sure about it...is it just depending on your state laws

technically any modification to your car is illegal, but who really cares lol

and the works bell isn't baller status, its just ******* expensive and comes with a wire so your airbag light doesnt come on
I would just get the NRG one...seems like the least expensive and someone on here already has it if you need help
btw...you need a hub for a miata, i dont think they make one for the protege specifically

yea, ive kinda given up on the "laws" when it comes to modding my car unless it posses a danger to someone else...
yea i would probably get the NRG one because of the price, and still be "balla status"

yea, as far as I know, i talked to a guy who has an aftermarket wheel in his 323 and he said all miata/rx7/protege hub adapters are the same

i just added it up, your lookin at $327 without the wheel (approx. depends on what quick release you get)
so like 5-600 total after you get the personal wheel, those things are sexy..i love the black suede w/red stiching Fitti E3
