Who gots the most WHP N/A Protege?

I still feel pissed on how much WHP i put down. Truthfully i was expecting ATLEAST 150whp. But after doing research and talking to people on here i found its my ECU that is holding me back from reaching the full potintal of all my parts..

Does anyone know somebody running N/A with a EMS?

What cam gears did you use?

Did you retard the intake cam, the exhaust cam, or both?

Also, can you call the dyno operator and have him email you the runfile?

Thanks for the EMS .. i'll have to look into that. The cam gears SRMotorsports you'll have to scroll down a bit.

I'm not sure which one that retard I just remember them saying that. I'll have to go up there.. perhaps tomarrow. I might just schedule another run as well since its cooler here in texas ( 70 tdoay (headbang) ).

(basically) cams, exhaust, intake, microtech. that's the power related stuff, but there is HEAPS more like mazdaspeed lsd, fidanza flywheel, custom clutch, suspension etc....heaps.

nice.. how much whp did you get from the microtech? did you put in bigger injectors as well? Also what exhaust system are u running?

stock injectors (still well within their ability). didnt get much power from the MT overall (only up 8whp or something like that), but the biggest gain was from 5-8whp throughout the entire rev range.

exhaust awr header (since sold and i'm stock header until i can get this 4-1 put together), 2.5" mandrel from there.

Mods done to the car.
1) Wagner Header,Down pipe and Mid pipe with cat
2) J-spec intake and exhaust cams
3) Tri-piont cam gears set at - 3 degrees
4) OBX cat back
5) UDP
6) Enjen cold air intake
Balance is mostly suspension and interior work. Hoping to install some type of EMS soon.

A good deep sound not raspy. But at high way speeds that droan kinda gets on my nerves I even added a silencer(shocked)

I wish I had a silencer..my s*** is LOAD! I'm sick of it, i just want some real quite exhaust now.

I run the standard 16's on 205/45/16R tyres

my microtech package was Microtech LT10S with Microtech X4 igniter box with 4x Bosch HEC715 coils plus wideband and dash unit.

Didn't install a single other thing when i did the microtech.

Standard fuel pump, standard injectors, standard everything....hell i even still have the standard airbox with the standard air filter
