Wheel Spacers

Will these hubcentric spacers work on the mp3 racing harts as well? Or will the oem studs stick out too far?

15mm may be a bit much, tho... And I think my tires would be sitting against my fenders with 15, too. lol I guess I may have to just replace the studs... pita.

dont know, never seen the back of an mp3 RH wheel, they might just take ur wheel off, turn it around and look for pockets in between the bolt pattern.

Just wondering how low of an offset I can go with, without running into major rubbing issues.

Currently I am running 16x7 +42 offset, want a bit more aggressive. Tire size is 215-50-16.

Thats a current pic, What size spacers should I get? Are H&R's any good?

+40mm offset is about the lowest anyone has gone without rolled fenders. I'd guess you could get away with 5mm spacers, but I'd roll your fenders first. +35mm is the lowest without camber plates if I've read correctly...

On your car, yes, 5mm will push them out, but not VW style (aka past the fenders). The advantage of going with 5mm spacers is I don't believe you'll have to change out your studs.

I think AWR makes camber plates for both F and R, but I'm not sure. Do some hunting on that one!

I think I'm gonna pick up some 15mm hubcentrics. I don't think it will put me past the fenders really... Just a hair.

Been following the aggressive and wheel spacer thread so I decided to test some 15mm hubcenteric spacers from my buddy's parts bin.

OMG... I am so excited to get mine now... that's pretty much PERFECT fitment!!!

I know it's not recommended but I think a 25mm spacer up front would flush with the fender. I didn't take it for a spin yet but tried to put some load on the rear to see if it rubs but no luck. It looks like it will clear(dunno)

What size tires are those?

I'm going at least with 15mm... Maybe 20mm, I haven't checked the MP3 wheels to see if the 15mm spacers will fit properly.

215/45/17 Linglongs <---- do not buy these tires everyone. Previous owner had these on before me.

Deciding if 225/45/17 will be too much tire... (lol2)

Will be 215/45/17 rear & 225/40|45/17 front.

I guess I'll do a test fit and see how much clearance I have up front after I get the spacers and make a judgement call...
