What have you done to your P5 today?

Since I just replaced my motor....want to add more HP but not adding a turbo kit and not doing anything with my new OEM motor....any suggestions out there?

Yeah... don't expect miracles with this engine. You can get ~ 25 wheel hp out of a few common mods. Intake, header, exhaust, MP3 ECU. But other than that... big bucks.

Thinking in the line of the exhaust system from manifold/catback pipe(s) area....is it really worth changing it to aftermarket and still keep my MSP muffler?

why not retro your P5 lights though Rico? Quad projectors FTW! Could put your fogs in the high beam spot

Thanks guys for the suggestions.....I'm leaning towards getting the headers first....any suggestions (brands) that I won't need to deal with the CEL issues if I do replace the headers.

i always wanted to see someone do that with p5 headlights, use highs as fogs

mine are setup with 3k bulbs right now and can be used separately if i wanted from the low beams.

they are aimed lower and the projectors were aimed properly with the lenses off so the yellow lights up the road in front of me. not as functional as fogs but work great for DRL.

loving this forum. lots of great info. been having misfire issue found this forum though a google search and sure enough this is a common problem with mp5s, installed new coil packs today, car runs great again. next task is to replace end links with the moog ford escape links...tired of replacing endlinks on a yearly basis(boom01) never heard of plasti dip either but after reading about everybodies experience with the stuff im going to cross over to the U.S and grab some cans this weekend. $4.99 a can as opposed to $19.99 in Canada thinking spoiler and rear valance, maybe rims too. time to make her look perdy.
