What have you done to your P5 today?

just got back from the local Mazda dealer after ordering my dash bulb
But to make myself feel better about having to order the bulb I bought the 2 caps that cover the wiper arm nuts and a CX-7 antenna (naughty)

Just recieved my 626 single runner in the mail today. Waiting on the JDM intake cam, AWR Motor mounts and Corksport exhaust hangers. Should be here tomorrow and installed by Sunday or Monday.

Absolutely nothing. I was supposed to install my 626 IM but I couldn't find any help and I realized it was more work than I was willing to do this weekend. I also need to find out what to do with half those vacuum nipples...

Yeah really... did you just cap off a majority of them? I mean, I really only need two vacuum lines I think - one for a boost/vac source and the other for the fuel pressure thingy, right? I mean, this IM has like 4 nipples on the bottom and I have no idea what to do with them! I just like knowing what I'm doing before I have my car ripped apart - especially with something like this!

Just called the towtruck to pick my ride up to take it to the mechanic to see how bad I messed the car up. Purge solenoid should be here in the mail today. Hopefully I'll have a car by tomorrow!

Also, tribute washer nozzels showed as well as my TWM SS! So, once I get the car back, I'll be installing them!

There are nipples on the bottom?? Here's how I have mine hooked up. Nipple on top-middle going to fuel rail, nipple near throttle body going to the purge solenoid, big nipple for the brake booster, and the nipple on the passenger side of the IM going to my Microtech. You could use it for your cruise control or cap it. Or maybe a boost gauge etc. I can't remember if there was anything on the underside.

While I was out there poking around I figured I'd start her up. Mmm... loud and lots of vibrations. Very sensual. Is it spring yet?

I guess I can now have more dedicated nipples instead of tee'ing things off so many times. I'm going to have to try to make this look good...

Ah, forgot all about the purge solenoid. That definitely helps though. It's weird, the IM I have has two nipples almost right next to each other pointing downward. I guess I can now have more dedicated nipples instead of tee'ing things off so many times. I'm going to have to try to make this look good...

Thanks for your sympathies. Yeah, I didn't realize how much I miss my car! I've been in my wife's sucktronic all week. I MISS MY 5SPEED!! I also didn't realize how much slower the auto is over my stick. At least according to the butt dyno.
