but a bird flying into your garage to crap on your car? you really did piss them off! lol
haha, that and the damn poplar 'snow'! it gets everywhere!!!RedHotP5 said:Actually the tree sap hasn't been too bad....but the pollen. (pissed) Now both cars have a nice yellow 'top coat'. If it does rain this weekend at least they get a free rinse.
hmmm, never thought of a cover before... everyone at work knows i'm the resident 'car crazy chica'; this would just step it up another notch, lol.RedHotP5 said:Now I see why you got all of those detailing products! Ever think about a car cover? We have a plant in town that leaves red dust on the premises and whenever I drive by the parking lot (which is across the street) I see several cars and trucks with covers.
ahhh, shaddap!!! it's been a long week, ok? lolbazooka joe said:(gossip) i hate tire sap too! (rofl2)

I was speeding, tailgating, and making unsafe lane changes. The cop tried to pull over two cars at one time (SVT focus and me), however I didn't see that he was trying to pull me over, so I kept going. When he caught up with me, I couldn't find my regristration and insurance...

i want to put my yellow luminics in the fogs - pisses me off (pissed)KanseiZM said:Yeah one of my foglights has the little stripped screw.. I just hope that I'll be out of college and have a different car before the bulb dies hahaha
yeah um I'm at 67k miles on my 02.5 and still rocking original fog bulbs.
What grilles did you get? Some aftermarket ones?
MyZmZm said:got some stuff accomplished today, but not everything i wanted to
new grills (top and bottom) are on, genuine daveb gauge rings are in, door chime mod is done, and mazdaspeed pedals are on... kind of. accelerator was a piece of cake, but the clutch and brake pedals are one royal PITA!!!! got them over the bottom and sides, but just cannot get them to snug over the top - and we were at it for over an hour. any suggestions? it's a very tight fit.

tried to change my foglight bulbs and got as far as the screws (to take the actual assembly apart to put the new bulb in): the one screw for each foglight was locktighted in - and in the process of trying to get it out, we entirely scored/stripped the screw (it was a phillips). only way to get it out is to drill it out i think; that, or pay someone to do this ridiculously easy task.

also got the new door sills on, but didn't have time to do the wiring today, so that will have to wait a bit. oh, and detailed her inside and washed her after.
as it was too dark by the time i finished, pics forthcoming tomorrow.![]()
