I found someone to make me Fenders, and he lives 5 mins away 
and to do my sideskirts and lips...
Yeah for me being a carbon *****! I might see if anyone else is interested in Carbon fiber Fenders haha

outlaw- i saw an eclipse w/ cf everything... it doesn't look good. the fibers never match up correctly.. good luck though

yeah, I saw a nearly all CF RX-8 at MWMF... the weaves were all different on different pieces and I think it looked like s***. Panel gaps were all off because some pieces were wrapped and others were replacements (like you're planning)... idk man
Also bothered me that it was auto and had like 8K in engine work done... but thats another story.

Im making him match the front lip weave with the grill and hood (they have the same weave) and the fenders and sideskirts going to make him match them up the best he can with the hood. and same with the rear lip.
I knwo the guy for awhile, i never knew he does carbon stuff. I will need to find spare fenders for the mold though, cause they arnt going to be a overlay, everything else is, but its all going to ahve the correct pattern, (the roof i have matches the pattern)

Just picked up my car from AAMCO and didnt even make it a block away before my alt went out on me.... 8( lol oh well..

I've always wanted to see this. Thought about how cool it'd be. I know there's an all carbon Evo out there.

Damn, sounds like you need to get rid of the car. When was the last time the car was running good for you?

Hm... Should I start a GI for Carbon Fiber Fenders, Im waiting on the guy to send me pics of his work, which to me... Im lazy... I could just drive to him! HAHAHAH

today I took my MSP to the dealer I bought it at, to test drive an RX8 auto for a guy 5 hrs away who wanted the car scouted....
why is this worth posting here.... unless the auto is a LOT slower, no way in HELL would I trade the MSP for an RX-8. WAY too slow. lol

Auto is slower, the RX8 isnt that much faster then the MSP, but still faster, and there arnt many mods for the RX8 that will gain power, its really expencive to Mod for power. But in the end you can get the RX8 to be faster. Just will cost alot mroe $ then the MSP can take up belive it or not.

auto... and from what I hear, they open up at about 50... I didn't get it over probably 45...
it was prb also buggin the s*** outa me that the power curve was TOTALLY new, AND I didn't get to shift it (auto-stick not counting...)

Well the only things that won't be carbon on my car will be my doors and quarterpannel mostly.
