I saw a spec sheet online that put the weight at 16.25 lbs per wheel, but don't know if thats accurate or not.

Just get the indoor/outdoor carpet to match whats already in the trunk... its cheap, easy, and weighs less.

i remember shipping an mp3 wheel which is much heavier. it came out to be like 48 pounds with tire 0_o

^ yes total weight of the box with 2 rims, and packing peanuts came to 52 pounds, so around 24 lbs per wheel.
