FINALLY got the f%$%^#@ing driver's side front sway bar bushing changed out for a new one. what a pain in the a$$! now the question is do i even want to start with the passenger's side...?

FINALLY got the steedspeed installed tonight! sorry i didn't have my camera nor the time to take pics since i was pretty busy at work tonight. plus all the managers were there LOL. i kept checking in from time to time and all seemed to go pretty well. only problems were my studs were pretty short, so i probably should have bought 1 pack of 38mm and one pack of 45mm, but they fit nonetheless. also my vacuum line is rotting so i'll have to replace some of that, but the tech made due with what was left. last thing i noticed is that when i took it for a test drive it pulled nicely, though whenever it warmed up it was running really rich again, but that's nothing unusual. as a matter of fact i got my ssafc in the mail today! only real problem is that when i took it home and it was fully warmed up, i noticed that it was running rich at idle, like round 11 afr's. normally it's about 14's. thoughts?

How does the header compare to stock... What boost levels are you running? When you say it pulled nicely what exactly do you mean... huge difference or subsital difference?

well if you're asking about the size, i'd say it's not much bigger than stock, i could probably put the heat shield back on, but why would i do that? i'm only running stock boost, and it wasn't a HUGE difference like i'm sure the SS AFC will be, but i could still feel an extra something compared to how it usually pulled. still running rich as hell though. also i had about 3 cracks in the stocker LOL so i'm sure getting rid of that contributed to the difference.

hey thanks bro, i know i can see a simple thing like forgetting to bolt the exhaust or something but that is just way to much and careless, but i could spread the word so fast about this and have that place out of biz fast but i would feel bad cuz i know the owner and he is trying to help make it right again, but that is just part of my luck haha

oh yeah and to top it all off some one tried stealing the cats from the cars there, i dont have any but you can tell they lifted to check cuz the paint is ****** up on it

probably not the place to ask this really, but saves a new thread and hey, i might do it to my msp soon depending on the answer but...

would it be safe to run a ssafc with default map with no other mods? seeing some used ones pop up and im tempted to get one to fix the hesitation and bogging my car gets. or should i wait untill i replace the intercooler system?
