What have you done to your MSP today?

yeah, I think my stock has already sagged though, either that or my sub box... either way... I'd wanna see the stance. thats on the stock MSP tokicos with the stupid rear perch right? lol

yea. msp's with the ion race specs springs get a little of a raked look, but thats because the front drop is like 1.6". since you have the spools up front u would get a real nice even drop

I wonder how the fronts would look on my car. I want to get rid of that wheel gap in the front, but not lose any performance or balance in the car

can't change height without changing balance, especially with a front only drop. changing the balance was part of my plan when I dropped the front... i guess really it all just depends on your goals. you've got options... lol

BTW, this conversation took place this morning:

I had a ricer pull up to me at a stoplight and the following conversation took place:

Ricer: "Nice STi."
Me: "its a Mazda dude."
Ricer: "No its not, thats a Subaru"
Me: "Its a Mazdaspeed Protege. Its my car I think I'd know what it was"
Ricer: "It looks like a STi and sounds like an STi man."
Me: "Well you look like a queer and sound like a queer. Are you a queer?"

Light turns green...

Yeah I get that part, I mean I don't want a drastic change because of the higher spring rate. Am I safe to assume that with a higher front spring rate, I will experience a little bit more understeer? That's no bueno

That looks pretty damn good actually. Ughhh... decisions decisions

Sorry for the size but just to give some ideas... this is what Illuminas on stock springs look like. I was going to get some springs here in the near future because (even though I am broke most of the time) I am tired of seeing my car with a reverse raked stance. It's not horrible (and in fact might not be raked but the difference in size of the wheel wells makes it appear that way). I've never heard of iON springs. I was thinking Tein S-Techs or Eibach Sportlines. Probably Tein though. I'll have pictures when I eventually get them but this is what Illuminas do to the rear. I have no sub box, and nothing really weighing my rear end down.
