actually (and not to turn this into another one of these age-old discussions...) it isn't bad for the turbo....it's the sound of the air flowing through the crappy stock bpv, which is too small.....hence why the sound is GREATLY amplified when you drop in an Injen CAI

but again, not trying to start another argument about this like is already on here at least 50 bajillian times lol

there are arguments going both ways, just the facts point more towards this side to me than the other side

its the fact that the debate even exists that makes me want to be proactive and fix it by replacing the stock bpv with one with larger inlet/outlet pipes so either im gonna fix it by doing that or fix the compressor surge, and im either gonna fix a noise that is nothing but a noise or a noise that is bad for the car. i just like to do preventive maintenance when possible

got rid of my CEL (new primary 02), and my brake warning light (low fluid, so I put in new front pads)... My dash now only has the lights that it supposed to have lit!!! yay! haha. Btw, car makes some really cool turbo noises (but runs like crap) with the BPV pipe not hooked up LOL. woops.

Put on my snow tires, and took off almost all the CF on the car for the winter....I think I might get rid of all the CF on teh car in general....don't have time for the up keep of it any more.......

yesterday I drove it to a small car meet and parked near the SEMA Nissan GTR (google "360 forged r35"), cried, and wished my car would transform into it

i have a mazda speed protege 03,... i just got my piller for 2 slot . boost n oil pres. and the mods i have on my car done rite now : custom headers, upgraded the piping of the turbo n the down pipe , 3inch exhaust magnaflow , strut bars front n back , arm bar underneath and in the back, cool air intake, blow off valve, racing suspention, racing spark plugs, upgraded intercooler, thats basicly it for engine ,. and looks of the car: 8000k 2009 hid kit, .... im waiting on my black with chrome lip 17 inch rims with low profile tires. and 2 front eyebrows . inside the car : esparco short shifter/ pedals. stero system ; 2 ten inch alpines type E, alpine amp and a 2doc cap both them mounted on the back my seats with poiner rr deck and GPS

lol magnum you dont know what arm bars for the front and rear are?!?! everyone knows what those are and cmon man you have to know about those racing spark plugs. i hear they use them in prisons now for execution the shock is so tuff!!!

WOW! thats all I can say about the stereo system he has! sweet..

on another note, I got the clutch and flywheel out (rattled nasty with clutch pedal in) Come to find out the throwout bearing was siezed and the clutch was done! It was cutting into the flywheel! Ill post pics 2mrw. I still have to put the axels back in and the battery.

the sparco shifter and pedals come stock with the car, and it's not a short shifter, it's called eyelids not eyebrows, and are you laughing at your horrible english?

noticed a little smoke coming from the front passenger side the last two days from what i thought was under the hood. took a look under the hood and didn't see anything unusual, soot, burning, smells. then i noticed some shaking and vibration after driving the car for like 20 minutes. thought that was from rotating my tires over the weekend, and figured i needed an alignment. then i put two and two together and figured it had to be the brakes. sure as s*** the front passenger side is sticking and getting hot as balls by the time i get to work. just had the rear calipers fixed too like 3 months ago. guess it's time to look at the fronts.
