What have you done to your MSP today?

I finally got my car on the road and I can't believe how much faster it feels. I love the catless midpipe I wish I had done it months ago. The car feels like it has at least 20 more hp and it isn't loud at all it sounds great. I really am in awe of the difference it made.
The gasket maker stuff I used on the thermostat is holding and isn't leaking and I had to adjust a hose clamp for one of the coolant lines for the turbo because it started leaking but I'm glad it's back on the road and running and sounding better than ever.
My Forge WGA has also been spiking and when I removed the turbo I adjusted the rod. I think the nut that sets the WG rod length wasn't tight enough and it backed out which caused the boost to raise by itself. Anyway it is perfect now it runs shockingly consistent boost from 7.5 to 7.8 under WOT. Now I can use my EBC!

Bluuuuuuuh...

Went to get the freon refilled abd discovered a massive leak from where a intercooler pipe was rubbing on the aluminum part of an ac hose. Removed the hose to have a friend weld it and of course the screw head for the screw bolting the line to the ac compressor snapped... Lame.

Oh well, got the line off and welded, now hopefully i can grab a hold of the screw sticking out of the compressor and back it out so i dont have to pull the compressor.

Cant ever be simple... But this was my fault for letting the pipes rub, not the cars.

My hot pipe rubbed that AC hard line too but not all the way through luckily, I noticed it yesterday.

I hate being broke. I really want to get a boost controller and crank the boost up. O well I guess. Gotta pay le bills

Busy day yesterday. Installed my turbo timer finally. Fixed my CEL for my neutral switch, the ground was bad so we spliced off of it and grounded it that way. And that fixed my idle! Lol and fixed my downpipe again, let's see how quick it falls off again.

But on the way home the CEL came on again. Oh joy. But idle is fine so it must be my EGR or O2.

Yea she is super clean. All stock. 61,000 miles. One small ding in the passenger rear door, missing center pieces to the rims and a pretty bad scratch on the hood other than that nothing major.

Nice car, i'm glad to have another Titanium member. I remember when I bought my car stock back in 2010 and then the addiction began.... These cars respond so well to mods because of the short comings from the factory like the SMIC and plastic charge pipes, restrictive exhaust/DP, weak LSD, etc.

Most likely, like the rest of us, you will get frustrated with the stock tune pretty quickly so I would start saving for an SSAFC, mid-pipe (or DP too), FMIC and BOV setup and a WB.

Thanks. Yea I use to have a 2003 black msp ended up trading it for a Speed 3 then lost that in a divorce. Lol. So found this and bought it asap. And come to find out it's #77 so def happy about that too. Def hated the heat soak and plastic charge pipes. So after I autocross it this year in stock class. Def will be investing in the fmic and hard pipes first at very least.

Lame, tried getting the broken off screw out of the ac compressor for the line, no go, its crazy stuck. Going to have to pull the ac compressor and drill out and retap the hole.... Yay

My window and windshield trim and grilles in the front were sun baked and faded so I painted them today. Also started tuning the boost, I want the low EBC setting to be around 8 psi and the high to be 10 psi, and when it's off it's about stock boost 7.5 psi.
