What have you done to your MS3 today?

I know what you are saying but at the same time my point is everybody has different tastes so what's wrong with having options.

Nothing, it's just the way the wind blows.
There's nothing wrong w/options.
Acrtually, when I installed my LED third several years ago now, I could have "clear it out" then, but I didn't. So mine has always had the red lens.
That was my option.

Haven't been on here for a while due to finals, work, and college stuff.

In MS3 news, considering a 2011 V6 mustang to replace my speed. RWD and 305hp is attractive.

i was considering the same but the gf loves her ms3 too much to part with it. it would be nice to have a rwd dd again. just gonna have to fix current rwd car to make dd again

never considered myself a windshield banner kind of guy....but I went ahead and did one,
I think it looks alright I might just leave it on for awhile...

New gigantic resonated test pipe in. Had to cut the cbe and get a new flange and pipe welded to fit the new TP. It's a 3in PTP with a HUGE dynomax resonator welded in. Sounds nice and has gotten rid of a good amount of cabin drone.
Funny part is I had to drive the car with an open TP for a while and that just plain sucked. Holy s*** it was unbearably loud and gave me a back massage. Hah. It was kinda fun for a while.
P.S. I also put in a new set of Yellow fogs as my first set burnt out on me after 6 months.
P.P.S. I hit 14,000 miles.

I discovered launch control in my AP and subsequently burned off a bit of my clutch testing it out. oops. (dunno)

(drive2)

Wasn't exactly today, but it looks too damn awesome not to share. PG FMIC kit and powdercoated valve cover:

Picked up a stray dog that was about to get hit on a busy road.

He thanked me by puking in my hatch and shedding and drooling everywhere too. Pretty awesome.

Eventually found his owner though and got him home. Happy ending? Not for my car.

bad story with a happy ending

How'd you go about that valve cover, that is awesome!! I'm thinking red!

Took it off, cleaned it up, powdercoated it. Could probably have done a better job cleaning it to have made it come out better (was on a timeframe as I needed to drive the car home that day :P), the powder didn't stick all to well in certain places, but it turned out well enough.

here's a quick teaser of my underhood temp relief project :) The hood had a ton of rock chips, so I stripped the whole panel and will repaint it today. It is currently in sealer.
