I know I did. Excess ticking/clicking sound from the back of the engine, almost under the car.

Well my noise seems to come from inside the valve cover so I was thinking timing chain.

I've still got my TIP sitting in the closet, someone here or on the forum that shan't be named had a nice writeup with pics that I can't seem to find..

Depending on whose pipe you got, I can probably guide you most of the way. The CPE pipe was actually easy, other than they wrote the instructions out of order. For instance, just take the damn battery out, and d/c the ECU and take out the batter box right away.

No because I only hear mine at high RPMs under full load. When you stand over the motor on a dyno it sounds like there is a mouse in there with a hammer trying to get out. It is very loud. Stethoscope pretty much confirmed its right were the timing chain is.

Same thing I have. It is definitely not the tensioner issue everyone is talking about.

Yours is an 07 so you probably fall under the TSB for the timing chain issue. I don't but it has to be that.

I keep finding more rock chips. On panels, head light, and back passenger window. Ordered Paint Glaze today and will be applying it then Paint Sealant over that. Hopefully weather is good this weekend.

Got pulled over for tint from the tint nazi's :/ I only had one level below legal. 32 is legal I had 25. He about ran 5 or 6 peolpe off the road on a back country 2 lane road to get to me and then was dick to me from his loudspeaker and then changed his tone when he saw I was white. He had noob written all over.
