What have you done to your MS3 today?

Yesterday installed Forge BPV started with yellow springs. Today I added two shims and also installed 1-step colder Denso's

I installed a Mazdaspeed Protege around my MS3 front seats.

^ Awesome!

No...not yet atleast. What is the benifit with that? Do the tranny monts break?

There is more of a chance of it happening with the 07's and 08's vs. 08.5's and 09's but yes they can. That's basically the next weak mount once the rear is replaced.

Plus it stiffens up the drivetrain and improves the driving experience. If you can handle the added NVH.

Sweet! How you liking them so far?

Extremely comfortable and a stock feel with just more hug and lateral support than what the MSP originally came with. It's not over the top like many aftermarket race seats. These were replacing some TenzoR seats I had in there that some jackleg had built horrible brackets on. I built these brackets and they are great and in the proper positions. It wasn't too bad of a job either just time consuming as it was a lot of measure, re-measure. I am thinking of getting ahold of the rear seat skins to see if an apholstry(?sp) shop could fix them up on my rear cushions and find a MSM steering wheel so that I have red stitching everywhere and not a mixture of red and yellow.

Kain, Once you get the mount installed and have a feel for it, post your impressions. I'm thinking about getting the CP-E mount.

Probably be next weekend. I believe I'm getting the 75 duro instead of the 60. Won't know until it gets here. CorkSport MMI are fine, just want more.

Who'd you buy it from?

CP-E is still listing it as "Out-of-Stock" on their website, and I haven't gotten an "In-stock Notification" from them yet either...

fructus. He got a replacement mount from the revised batch, but hasn't installed it. So it's BNIB. I'm on CP-E's notification list, too, just didn't want to wait any longer.

I just got done installing my SU TMIC, boost tubes, and Denso IVT22's. Funny, the inter cooler looks like its polished, even though I ordered it raw.

Just installed my prosport boost gauge/ventpod and made it much more of a hassle then it prob should of been but all worked out great.
