Sell lip and buy springs.

How bad are your roads? That lip cant be any lower than the one on my vette. I rarely scrape it but you have to be cautious at all times.
But I want the lip AND the springs!!! lol
The roads themselves arent too bad as far as potholes etc, but there are a lot of inclined driveways and entrances/exits of shopping centers/casinos/fast food joints/gas stations etc.
Thats what Im worried about the most.
If i could find the damn lip braces i have for mine, id suggest getting at least 2 of them, cant seem to find them
but at highway speeds that nextmod lip, will start to sway up and down a little in the middle and may crack, which is why i installed the braces.. when i find them ill PM you. i gotta look at my receipts to see where i got em.
Edit: I totally f*cking found them..thanks to my own build thread no less haha

Thanks for the link Boosted.
But heres my thought: I know what this is supposed to do regarding the highway speeds. BUT after thinking about it, if say youre driving around town and drive over a dip or maybe an inclined driveway/ramp etc, if you DIDNT have these the front of the lip would flex 1/4-1/2 from the ground pushing up on it for a split second as you "bottom out" and then return to normal. (obviously if it was a huge or heavily inclined dip or road it may break or crack)
BUT with this installed, they would keep the lip from flexing and you end up with stress cracks or worse on the lip AND from the drilled mounting holes on the bumper with these. Does that sound right? Or maybe I just dont know how they work, since ive never seen them in person.
I mean these work and keep the spoiler from catching downforce and ripping it off at highway speeds, but wouldnt it do the same in reverse when it is pushed from from the opposite way (the ground pushing it up as you go into/out of a dip)
At that point possibly cracking the lip and causing stress/damage to the mounting holes/area that these are drilled into the bumper. So, now NOT ONLY do you have a possibly cracked/damaged lip, your bumper has stress cracking in the paint or worse?
With the design of these you dont have to worry about it because down force (basically air) pushing down on it too much. But with a dip or incline you have to worry about the Hard Unforgiving and Unflexible ground/concrete pushing up on it until something gives.
Hopefully my thought process is wrong somehow and by the design of it, it somehow address that issue does the hinge somehow still allow the flex or movement to avoid what Im talking out or ..... IDK?...
