u should be ordering a zm39-15-200c and which support u need a price or part number on? if u mean the support bracket to hold the rad it is zl01-15-250 for the left one. price on the rad should be $204.85 and bracket $8.70
The MSP radiator is ZM39-15-200C as well........
I think i need the non sport susp. one???

So the part my shop ordered was ZM 43 15 200C
The part for the MSP is ZM 39 15 200C

They think it will fit with the new bracket, but it is shorter than the MSP radiator, so they will have to do a days worth of work to get the fans to fit. Or buy the fans for the P5, which are like 500 bucks.

*sigh*

Anyone have any advice for me besides bending over and making sure they use lube?

my advice:
1) send it back and get one from a junkyard
2) don't let "them" do any work. swapping a radiator like that isn't exactly complicated, you could figure it out. if not, you don't deserve the lube :p

we are doing the PWR rad on a msp with the ION FMIC next week i can get pics of the install and stuff if it helps

Let me just explain the situation further. Someone pulled out in front of me, and my car was wrecked (his fault, i already got the money for the repairs).

So, instead of having the shop order the stock crap, i had them buy a new IC (the ION FMIC), radiator (the stock P5 unit) , hood (CF hood) and intake (injen); 'cus all mine had been damaged in the crash.

I wanted to use the P5 unit rather than the AWR or other units because i was hoping to keep the original fans. That is the big cost, not the radiator itself.

Now I find out that the shroud and fans are too tall to be used on the P5 radiator.

1. If I return the P5 unit, I lose 50 bucks in restocking fees, and have to go back to the small ass stock MSP radiator.

2. If they modify the existing fans, im looking at 300+ in labor, and who knows the quality of the finished product.

3. If they buy new P5 fans it is 500 bucks.

4. I could try to get some fans from a junk yard

I plan on never boosting over 10psi, and currently have no MBC installed.

So these are the choices. So what it comes down to is whether or not a P5 radiator is worth this much headache and time. I can not do any work myself, because they need to get the car running, and make sure everything is working before they release the car to me.

Again, thanks everyone for your help and advice
