Yea the front doesnt mean anything. WAAAAAYYY too many fanbois like taking pics of there cars at inclines and driveway and s*** to follow that. Personally my preference is how much tire and or rim you have shoved up into the fender well.

+1 and compare that to OEM wheel/tire specs. Anyone can tuck tire with 225/55's LOL
 
The difference is so slim I really couldn't feel much difference... my last tires were Kuhmo XS which are near R comp and even with the bigger footprint really didn't make much traction difference. Being able to roll into wheelspin in 4th gear... not much will help aside from drag radials.

Ahh I see. <bigpowerproblems> lol Maybe it's time to drop down to 17's to get a bit more sidewall that could help with putting it down with lower air pressure in the tires? 17x8.5 +40 with 235/40/17's and low 30's psi tire pressure would be fun :)
 
truth on tire size also. i went from 215/35's up to 225/40/18's just to fill up the wheel well a bit better. typically people run 225/45/18's on these though.
