Since we'rre off topic anyway... anyone else have tattoos? Here's mine. It's one of own drawings that I had transferred onto my lower back. It hurt like hell when i got it 5 years ago, but now I always forget that it's there! It isn't, after all, anywhere I see too often.

thats a beautiful tat you've got there...ive got one on my right forearm...sorta uncreative, i pulled it from their books. but i have a few of my own that im waiting to have enough cash to get done. one of them being a tribute to my late friend that ive been waiting to do for almost 3 years now.

but anyway...heres mine

oh yeah...this was done by Tim at Inflictions in West Covina...if anyone is in that area i highly suggest him. that is, if you have a high threshold for pain. :D

dragon fly....that is very beautiful.....you are OBVIOUSLY very talented..

KepOne....may that dragon is still nice...you should have it colored in though....I love dragons....my wife and I have a whole collection of limited edition cold cast procline dragons.....

and to answer the question...YES>....two....one of an attacking eagle on my right upper arm.....and the Navy Seal on my left.

yes....I am an EX squid. :{D dont' have any pics of them though

Thanks for the compliments... I think you should get that dragon colored in too. I used to work at a tattoo studio, which is where I got my tattoo.

I'm an artist, in case I never mentioned, and I love learning different ways of expression. Mostly I'm an oil painter, but I do graphic design for a living. I worked at the tattoo studio just to pick up another hobby, but I never was brave enough to actually ink anyone. My friends volunteered, but I wasn't about to ruin any relationships that way! With every other art form, there are pretty simple fixes, but tattoos are unforgiving!

color would be nice, but im really partial to the look of black ink...i dont think id get any colored ones.

I thought about a black one for awhile then I seen mine, and I am so happy that I got one with lots of color. I have had so many people like mine and everything, and now I'm glad that I got color in mine, and not just black in it. I have friends that just got thiers in black, and they wish now that they would've gotten color in it... Give it a lot of thought before you really decide...

I thought about mine for about 3 years...

I got one on my right back shoulder blade its a snake and my last name in chinese. i'll post pics up when I get a chance

I don't have any myself but love to see them on women...it almost is a hint to the girl having a wild side or something. :)

If I did get one I think I'd get something dumb like Marvin the Martian.

Pretty butterfly Daddysgirl... I'm more into dragonflies than butterflies, myself-can you tell? I was thinking of getting just one more - a dragonfly - but I already have three, well, technically two. I have that angel on my back and then I have Japanese cherry blossoms on my hip. A year after I had those cherry blossoms done, I had Japanese "waves/water" added around the flowers. Those are in full color, but I don't have any pics of them to show.

Once my comp is back up and running, I'll post some better pictures of it. I seen this one and just knew that it was going to be the one that I wanted... I love it, and everyone that has seen it hasn't seen anything like it before. I am really glad that I got it done, I am addicted to tattoos tho, as well as piercings... I am planning my next tat, i think that it is going to be on one of my big toes, but I haven't made up my mind yet...I was thinking about a lady bug on one of my big toes, what do you think?

Holly

:)

Kinda hard to do detail on toes since the skin is wrinkly there. Usually, it only looks good if you've got big toes so there's room to make the image large enough for detail. I hope you don't have big toes! lol Plus, they fade faster there because of the skin type, too.

As I mentioned earlier I have two...but didn't have my camera at the time or any pics of them...well now I do...so here they are....just keep in mind that the NEWEST one is 25 years old...and the other is 26. :{D

that's what my tatoo artist told me and I dont want a grey blob on my foot after awhile, and I think that that's the only thing that is stopping me... I dont know I think that I will just stick to piercings right now!!! They are so much quicker!

Holly

:D

If you go to user cp, you'll find that under "edit options." Should be on the bottom where it says change avatar. You can upload a picture or use one of the ones they have there, depending on how many posts you have.

As for piercings - ouch! Not that tattoos don't hurt, but they're just suface wounds. I'm not one for putting too many holes in my body. I just have one earhole on each ear and that's it!

well I have ONE....an ear ring...in my LEFT ear....I have worn a daimond stud in it for about 5 years now. if you look...you can most certainly see it in my pic in the MEMBERS PICS thread
