Supercharged MP3 Build

Now I want to do this.

NA Header: $175
Eaton m62: $ 300-500
Custom Midpipe: ?
Pipe & plate kit: $ 600

Hmm

How was the install ?

seems like 2 of your gauges arent working lol maybe its just my eyes

No its not your eyes. The two gauges on the sides are currently not connected. They are all wired up and everything (I already had those gauges on for about 2 years) but I had to disconnect them from there sensors. One is a oil pressure, the other is oil temp. The oil pressure sender got messed up and the gasket for the oil sandwich plate began to leak. I have already gone through 3 oil pressure senders from prosport, and I have to say the oil pressure senders are complete garbage (the senders, gauges are still ok). I need to order the gasket for the plate, but I am still deciding if I should change the guages for other readings (or keep one and replace the other).

Now I want to do this.

You don't need a custom midpipe, unless you want better performance, since the header connects to the stock exhaust just fine.

The install was ok, but a little more involved then I thought. I spent the most time with the wiring (for the AFC, wideband, SC switch, and new fans). The actual SC and piping were not too bad, but required a bit of adjustments. The biggest problem was the lower radiator hose hitting the intake of the supercharger, which needed some cutting and welding, as well as a "custom" lower radiator hose. All in all it was not too bad, and I took my time with it, a couple hours here and there. With everything set up now I could probably take everything off/on withing half a day or so (including electrical). I will take some engine bay pics soon and give some better explanations.

Also a little update from the last couple days. I got two check engine codes, but nothing too bad. One was for the 2nd o2 sensor, since its not plugged in due to the wideband taking its place, but it does have a CEL/MIL eliminator in it. I took it out and re-soldered it, so we'll see how it works now. The other one was from maxing out the MAF at high rpm, so I need to work with the AFC on that.

**Does anyone with a split second know if the PWM mode on the output settings should be set to /3 vdc FS or /5 vdc FS? From what I understand our cars have a 5v MAF, but it came set on the 3v setting. I think that might have something to do with the MAF issue.

PS- Thank everyone for your good words of encouragement, its nice to see people appreciate things like this (hi).

I really want in. I'd want to keep my 3" exhaust, that's why I'd need a custom mid pipe from NA Header to Perrin 3". I have my electronics already set, so this could be pretty easy. Nice to see everything mounted up proper w/ little trouble.. Yay

i have never seen that kit, EVER lol
i wish i could read the web page so i could see how much HP it makes, it says something about 192ps which is around 188HP, but idk how much boost that is on

for around 3000 dollars, its not that bad, seems pretty complete

Yep, that kit is offical. Designed by Taiwan company AAI motorsports and made by Japanese manufacture Ogura. when i installed it, it boost up to 0.45 at 195 hp tested on dyno (not sure exactly how much on wheel, maybe 180 something )beside SC kit ,everything else comes with factory at that time. After installed SC, I changed the high flow header, midpipe, muffer, and intake system. I believe it's alittle bit more than 200 hp now. My next step will be changing the size SC pulley in order to increase the boost about 0.7.
