sorry for the long response... no it was anywhere from 50% to WOT. I ended up getting the Fuel cut flash from CP-e and that fixed it instantly... those guys are amazing... plus I just got my Standback

Sweet! Glad it worked out. I had read some other owners having issues opening it up to WOT too early and causing the stumbling, which is why I asked that. Have you done the fuel pump TSB or did you already have the upgraded one when you bought it? That with the Fuel Cut flash may make it even better, don't know. I have always wanted to do some mods and upgrade, but with it being in the shop so much completely stock, I am too nervous to do anything to it. If I had done anything, I would have been screwed through my whole ordeal.

honestly... I had my engine replaced at 30k miles, my turbo replaced at 18, and my transfer case replaced at 40... I know all about being in the shop... however each time I was there I was there for a month. So I started upgrading and now I feel like most of my car is in my control with the mods I have made... CAI, CBE, Standback, Dashawk, shifter, engine mount... I know what my car is doing when, and I don't need a dealer to tell me what is wrong mostly... no I never had the fuel pump TSB, and I don't really think its worth it at the moment because I dont really want my car in the shop for too long and I will be upgrading to CP-e's HPFP this summer.

Wow, sounds like we both had similar issues. My engine went at 30k too. An on top of that, same thing, every time I had to go in, it took atleast 3 weeks to get it back. Maybe I will look into getting some mods done, however with the economy in the outhouse, I might have to wait a bit. Thanks for your input, that eases my mind about doing some work. I am pissed that Mazdaspeed recalled their CAI, but I'm sure there are better ones anyway. Sounds like from most on here, CP-e has done some great work. Good luck with your ride!

If nothing else I recommend getting a dashHawk... Its really nice being able to read engine codes and every one of your engines sensors... If I could go back in time my mods would probably be, DashHawk, Standback, CPE HPFP, and then the other bolt ons...

I would be pissed if my car "bucked, hesitated, or otherwise" anytime except between shifts or from a dead stop. If i don't take off with enough throttle sometimes it shakes --- but not bucks / hesitate. NEVER hesitates while moving -- sometimes falls out of boost between shifts though.

this problem started with my ms6 when i instaled turbo smart bov ,and also check ur vacum hoses
