Some pics of Miata cruise through the Poconos

approx 60-65 cars, 100 people going through a 130-160 mile tour through the Poconos (PA) hosted by the Lehigh Valley Miata Owners Club. The weather held up until about 2:30 when it started pouring and rained on our parade (pun intended).

There were 3 groups so the cars were broken down in lower numbers to avoid a big traffic mess.

Not enough room for the rest of the cars so they parked on the side lot.

One of the best things about owning a Miata is the Miata community, which is very active.

It's tough taking pictures and driving at the same time, though, especially with an SLR camera.

The club has a wine run in a few weeks. I'm not much of a wine person; I'm just going for the drive to visit 4 wineries.

The Corvette guys are pretty active, too. I think the Miata guys are more active just due to the higher number of them on the road.
