hell, louisiana has been gettin verrrrryyyy lucky, every hurricane has come, a cold front pushes it away into florida.. no offense, yall dont need anohter one, but our coast has about had it.. we loose so much land a day its unreall, my town is above sealevel, the out skirts of it isnt, so we would pretty much be an island if it floods really bad..

Do not listen to the weather people. They get all their information from the weather service center and the hurricane weather service. Tracking the las two storms were farther north than IVAN. Ivan is going to get stuck with the southern tradewinds pushing it towards the coast line of south america. Yuctan of mexico is going to get this one...

i don't kno why you guys keep posting the location of the hurricane. everybody knows where its at. everybody in florida follows it and at any point knows where its at and its direction. and most people who are are not in florida or southeast couldn't care less about it.

Same here, just branches and crap. My parents live in the Melbourne area, and still don't have power. It's probably better at this point just to wait until after Ivan. One way or another I'll probably see them next week.
