So. cal meet

The bakersfield guys could always do a meet of their own. I'll usually drive 15-50 miles for a meet. No sense in driving 200 miles then driving all the way back.

hate to say it but same here im only going to drive 45min at the most to go to a meet. 120 miles just isnt cool too far for me!

:O
your no fun.
I would do it for you guys,
Its not like we will have them all that often.

If we do meet a Bakersfield....

If we do decide to drive 100 miles, then we should do it together. Meet somewhere in LA and cruise there together... it'll be like a Protege car show for 100 miles :D . What cha think??

Hell, someone just think of a location in LA. :p

enough of this bakersfield talk because noone is really down with it.

I DO however approve a a cruise, i was hoping we coulda done one last time up PCH, but i had to leave and didnt sound like it happened.

howabout rancho park?

its pretty nice there, dont remember if you can BBQ, but parking lot isnt huge.

u r right...

no cruize after the dinner... but you missed out on the dinner/snack... things started to get fun... people got to sit down and chill and got to know each other and what they wanted to do with their car... definitely a lunch or sit down place next time before going for a cruise :D

mulholland is fun. Malibu Creek canyon is fun. Topenga canyon is fun. anything with "canyon" is fun. :)

les see.... howabout roxbury park? i know theres BBQ'n there. parking isnt especcially cool, but at least we can park near where to BBQ.

So if no one's has any idears i say we go Roxbury park.

(or the pier again)

ok, Roxbury park:

From the south :
> Go 405N and exit onto Olympic Blvd, and head EAST (to the right i believe)
> You'll take olympic for maybe 10-20 minutes, and youll find a decent sized park on your right. (a little past Avenue of the Stars)
> You will turn RIGHT on Roxbury drive, and continue until you see a parking lot
> GO PAST THE LOT, and make a RIGHT into an alleyway. Continue in the alleyway making rights until you snake around to the back of the park where there are diagonal metered parking. park near the end.

from the East:
> Take the 10 west, exit La Cienega NORTH. (a right i think)
> take La Cienega and make a LEFT onto Olympic.
>Take a LEFT on to Roxbury Drive. continue until you see a parking lot.
> GO PAST THE LOT, and make a RIGHT into an alleyway. Continue in the alleyway making rights until you snake around to the back of the park where there are diagonal metered parking. park near the end.
