Skunk2 suspension

Hi! I know its been discussed already but its not very clear........ Im gettin a set ok Skunk2 sleeves for my P5 and a lot of people said there's a lot of noise and clunk. Is there anybody knows how to reduce or eliminate these noises before i slammed them on. I heard someone cut and put a plate of rubber somewhere on the top plate and a lot of grease........ And in order to go as low and as high as I want wich camber kit or endlinks I need??? Or anything I need to know before I put these on ?

i wouldn't really trust skunk2. IMO save up for some bc coilovers if you really want adjustability, plus with the sleeves you will also need a nice set of aftermarket struts otherwise yours are going to blow real quick (assuming they are in fact stock)
