Im currently looking around for a great set of protege5 headers, i've looked at many different ones but just cant decide on the right one, so i was hoping to see what some of these headers look like installed

Thanks

Unless your going to spend the money on an AWR just get an OBX or a Ractive. OBX is best IMHO if you install it right itll bronze otherwise just search there are tons of pics.

non of the mention headers touch the second which should live you emissions friendly if you have really strict laws get the wagner shorty.

**** obx they're a bunch of fucktards and IMHO the headre I got from them was a hunk of s***.

yeah, the Wagner shorty is the only true OBDII friendly setup. the others can be tricked into working, but would still fail emmisions

you got faulty one.. i read you thread. They are not s*** and there is always going to be one **** up and im pretty sure theyd fix the problem. Racing mazda on the other hand is total crap.

no, I called obx and they would not admit that they had a faulty product,so **** them and their header.

I'm getting the Corksport Cat-Back which eliminates the second cat, so i would need the first one, an i heard the Wagner showed no gains

it did quite the opposite at the recent MAZdamotorsports dyno day.

it proved to be nearly the equal of full length headers in performance, and slaughtered them in sound quality

with the Wagner's?, do you just have the shorty header?, or the downpipe too

Many people have the obx installed and have no problem passing emissions and getting noticable gains.

here is mine, ractive, fittment wasnt 100% more like 98% had to will it a lil to bolt up to the midpipe.

i have sold literally more than 100 obx headers and very few people have complained of a problem with them. there is a bad apple to every bunch, regardless of company.

two things... why would you buy corksport? The most restrictive cat on the car is the first one. The second one can be replaced as well with a high-flow. What the cat back costing you at corksport?

$389.00

i trust Corksport more than some bigger company, that just mass produces everything by the thousand, and the only way it fits is by "minor modifications"

Here is my OBX 4n1 Header. Fitment was good and the only part I had trouble with was removing the old bolts.
