Severe brake dust problem

Hey guys, I stared at the forums and couldn't decide on a good place to put this because this is regarding my other car, not my Mazda. Hopefully it's okay here. The reason I didn't post it on a Dodge forum was because I searched around there and every time anyone mentioned brake dust, everyone chimed in on how great their ceramic pads or slotted rotors were, and didn't really provide any help on the problem.

It's a 2005 Dodge Caravan. I get very brake dust on just the front left wheel, as you can see in the pictures attached. There's so much that it's all over the rear of the wheel well, and there's some splattered along the body of the car, all the way back to the rear wheel well. All the other wheels are totally fine. The car doesn't have any noticeable problems while driving. The pads have always done this, and wore quite fast before. I got them changed at a shop, and still have the same problems now.

Any suggestions? =/

the calipers are seized or binding... duh? you need to go to another shop!
or maybe there's something wrong with your master cylinder or proportioning valve

damn yeap, its def a caliper. the square cut seal isn't pulling the piston back and its staying on the brake pad which makes it wear 10x faster and leaves a ton of dust.

symptoms, while braking you may notice your van shifting to one side. this may also happen while cruising, the van may shift to one side like if it was misaligned.
