Scratched door panels... fixable?

I'm now entering the process of preparing my Mazda 02 Protege ES for selling. One of the things I was hoping to try and fix is the scratches on the interior door panels (kick panels?). The plastic is really scratched up, though most of thew scratches aren't very deep. I'm talking about the plastic panels where the speakers mount. Also the area right below my glovebox has some scratches too.

Can anyone suggest any sort of product that I can use to fix these scratches, or at least make them not look as bad?

I'm not sure what you'd use to fix this... maybe some of those dashboard cleaning products? I'm not sure if painting it is an option...

Might be easier to take it to one of those professional detailing places to go over and fix up the entire car before you sell

But if you figure something out let us know because I've got some scratches in the same areas I'd like to get rid of...
