Rishie's FITMENT RECIPE

I've definitely considered them, but when it comes down to $$$, I can get a set of the 40 series for dirt cheap.

alright since the fitment recipe says that 17x7.5 u need +45 or higher
im getting 17x8 with a +48 offset
will these work on a protege 5?

Anyone know if these would fit on my P5. My P5 is lowered 1.5":

17" ADR Concept Pro's
17x7 42mm offset
with 225/45/17 Kumho tires

I'm looking for some 15x7's to fit my P5 for my track tires, just have steelies now. What should I look for offset? 42?

I used a 40 or 42 offset without issue on a 15x7 and ran 205 Kumho's and Hoosiers without any issue. The hoosiers would JUST barely touch the rear finder lip, but no big deal really.

My next question is has anyone tried running the 215/45/16 Azenis on a P5? I would really like to get these tires and the OD is pretty much exactly right at 23.6". I run WedsSport TC005 16x7 and 42 offset I think.

Man that's going to be real close considering you look pretty low. I run 215/35/18 on a 7.5" 50mm offset and I can go all the way to the ground with about .200" to my fender and .200" to the coilover. So you will be .062 closer to the fender than I am??

I am almost positive that these wont fit....but there's that little voice inside of me saying 'try it' 'try it'. lol

Anyway wheels are 17x8 with a +45 offset and I am at stock height. Also what size tire would be best...if they will fit.

Yeah, they won't. I tried it already. You'd need about a 38mm offset depending on your shocks, you'll need to trim out the fenders, and you can at best do a 225 in the back and a 235 in the front and it all has to be "perfect" and run relatively agressive negative camber to get them to tuck in. So no go.

Well I am at stock height but would more than likely drop it eventually to get rid of the 4x4 stance.

I know quite a few other members are rolling on 16x8 FD's and 18x8 RX-8 wheels but don't think I have seen anyone on 17x8's. A 215/45/17 has been suggested for tire size and would fender rolling help?

You'd need an extra 1/2"+/- of fender on a P5 for this offset!

Damn, damn and damn.....thanks guys for the help. I knew they wouldn't fit but just had to satisfy that little voice inside of me. lol

It does suck though because these would have looked very nice on my A3E.
