well since i do this for a living, you need special glue and paints which arent avalible to you. but the proces is: silicone wash the seat, the rub the glue into the scratch to seal it and sand smooth, repeat process till the scratch is invisible. then you mix your paint and match the color, apply acouple of coats of paint to the area, now if the leather has no grain then you are done, but if it has grain then you apply a coat of paint and while wet apply some of my secret chemical and heat with heat gun and it makes the grains in the repair look like that of the origonal leather. if done right you will never be able to tell if there was a scratch there before.
