Remote battery replacement

Anyone replaced the battery in their remote? Mine is starting to go and I prefer not to take it to the dealer to replace it. Anyone open up their remote? I am sure many other Mazdas use the same style of remote as well.

Lol it's ok , I was thinking of asking the same thing my self I find the battery to be on the wrong side of the engine bay my self. I may move it too 1 day to the trunk passenger side. And using a dry cell battery for spills and fumes .

Just so we have it on here for reference, the battery in the remote is a CR1620 3V cell.
