Rally2003's Build Thread

lol You should look at it from the top. Plus the tires are going to bulge a little because they are slightly wider than the wheel.

I test fitted a set of rpf1s in the same size with 235/40s. That needed a lot of work to fit, lol.

Just make some flairs your already makeing fenders just make wider. EASY

You don't know how nice it is for me to read that line. It's usually the other way around these days. Damn kids... (old man voice)

275 is a lot of tire for a 9" wheel! You could have gone with the 17x9.5 or 17x10 +18 RPF-1's or would that not leave enough clearance to the suspension (8.7 and 21.4 mm closer respectively)?

Car looked so awesome before you started ricing it out. RIP 03 Pro

this coming from the guy who posted

got my fake turbo whistle in the mail today to play around with all the vehicles, and also my yellow fog light tint. is there a how to somewhere on removing the fig lights. dont want to break anything

I wasn't going to offer a comment to that guy. There are far ricier cars on the forum. I would like for him to let us know what is rice about your car Corey. I for one do not see it.

His auto-x lap times are so rice... Being faster than RWD and AWD cars. Such a ricer.

I was going by a couple different sources and if I go to a wider wheel I will definitley hit the frame rails

I just now saw his post and was like seriously! GFY and GTFO! lol Sorry :) He must have no idea what I'm doing to the car and hopefully just saw the pics I posted. Otherwise he has some issues.

Corey so how much work will the cf fender need?

The 1st run that didn't turn out? A little bit. Needs the holes drilled out and the top edgs/surface needs wet sanded. Might need some resin to fill a couple pin hole if needed to. That is why I said if you really wanted to use it, just to paint it.
