Why are people whining about the stock exhaust? Does nobody test-drive vehicles before they buy them anymore? And if you didn't buy it new, shouldn't you research it a bit more? Maybe go to a dealership, drive one!!!! Ask people you know/knew that own one!!! If you bought the car to be inconspicuous, you bought the wrong car!!!!!
Or you can go **** yourself!
I would prefer not to **** myself.
So instead..........
Seeing as you and other posters don't "get it".
I will try and explain simply...... so you can understand...... and so you don't have to read the whole 9 pages of the thread.
We did test drive, we did research, and we did ask people.
We knew that we didn't like the stock exhaust, but also that we liked the car otherwise.
An exhaust is a cheap and easy thing to change. It cost me about $150 for parts and labor to get it sounding the way I wanted to.
It appears you are telling me I should have bought a different car, just because I didn't like the sound of the exhaust...........
That approach sounds very foolish to me, no car is perfect.
Are you telling my you haven't modified your car?
You liked your car perfectly the way it came from the factory?.......
No. I didn't think so!
Looking at your post history it appears that....

It is OK for YOU to modify your: wheels, motor mount, sound system, Intake, Downpipe, Exhaust, Turbo Inlet, BOV, suspension, dash trim, wing lip, and add a gauge pod............... which is strange because..............
You say if WE want to change the sound of our exhausts by adding a straight thru stainless Magnaflow, we are "whining" and "bought the wrong car" because we "didn't test drive one", "didn't do enough research", or "ask enough people"..........
You Sir, are an idiot!
A self centered idiot at that!
I am guessing you are 18-22, hope fully your views will change as you become a man.
Regarding your comment " If you bought the car to be inconspicuous, you bought the wrong car!!!!!"
I would disagree, I can think of no other relatively high performance car that has such a low profile. Most non owners cannot tell the difference between the MS3 and MZ3, the differences are there, but most non owners, non enthusiasts.... and more importantly the popo, do not notice them.
EDIT: Your profile says you are 32...... I hope not!
