Yeah, but at least your springs are matched to the struts.
Ideally, anyone buying struts and springs separately should get the Illumina series struts. I sometimes feel that up front my springs could use more spring rate (but the HPs are not adjustable, so I cannot adjust damping). I'm sure it's similar with different setups.
So while you might like more drop, your suspension setup is actually proper.
