Plastic Rubbing Noise

I have a 2008 Mazda cx9 when I am accelerating the noise goes away but if I let off the accelerator the plastic rubbing noise comes back and if I hit the brakes really hard the noise seems to increase by turn left the noise will go away if I turn right the noise will come back I have replaced all four rotors and pads. Please help thank you so much for your replies
