Pigeon Forge TN Meet?

Hey guys, Im going to be driving the car out to Pigeon Forge the second Weekend of Sept I believe (13thish). We're heading out there for a 3000GT & Stealth gathering (up to 33 cars going to be there for that meeting!) My dad drives a VR4 & the 3 of us cant fit all in his car so Ill be driving my Protege5 out there. So, anyone up for having a little get together for Proteges? I wish it was the weekend before (Hot Rod show going on there). We'll probably run the Tail of the Dragon. Post if theres any interest.

I'm up for it.. I should be able to make it out that week. I was helping plan the Knoxville meet for aug 3rd but i ended up not being about to go b/c of work.. I'm very interested in hanging out with some fellow protege owners!! let me know

We we're driving back from Clinton highway when a Kia (spectra I think) started trying to toy with him (well actually Jeremy was driving). He revved, hit the BOV, and the Kia just kind of backed off really fast.... He didn't want none of that.

I would add him to the list, but I am not confident that the Civic will be able to make all the way to Pigeon Forge and back.

Keep us up to date on this. I haven't been to the Dragon since I lowered the car and put on the new rims. I'm looking forward to another crack at it.

his civic nice, its not from hell. last night i just saw a civic stomp an evo... same evo beat me all to peices the night b4 the car meet we had.. the car has got some major potential... The civic that beat the evo was from kmotion never heard of them until last night but oh well.

btw got my defenser kit on, im now boosting about 13 psi no problems.

Yes but if it was John's, and he tried to race anything, the engine would blow up again or he would get another ticket and lose his liscence or... need I go on. The car is jinxed. It's not his fault, and I feel bad for the guy but I swear the car is jinxed. The car is pure EVIL. It's a 99 civic and has less miles than my 02 pro5 if that tells you how much the poor thing runs.

I have Saturday off of work so I will probably come out there.

Where were you Saturday night? I was there, but the turnout was terrible. The place was practically empty at 9:00. I can't remember his name, but the guy with the Z was there and I went and talked to him for a minute. Parking was a disaster as well. I got there around 7:00, and didn't have a spot. Plus people were not parking anywhere but the side lot where we parked for the meet. I did have fun laughing at the Freakn Laser. I think I am going to try to make it there every Saturday. My friend will have his Grand Am done by then, so we will become regulars.
