$1000 cash rebate from dealer
$2000 rebate from Mazda

I stole it for $13500 and walked out the door with tax, delivery fee and other bs for $15100. . I wanted to wait to buy an RX-8 but for the price I couldn't resist.

bought my 2002 p5 (5speed, cd, moonroof, trunk mud mat thing, roofrack, doorguards) with 7,450 miles on it one owner on 8/9/03 for $14,400 in NJ... not bad i think considering I also got a 5/60,000 warrenty added in. ($294.50/ month)

didn't have any knowledge about car buying... either about protege forum
3K downpayment, ~2K for Extended warranty + tax...
total $21K (including warranty and taxes) - 3K down...18K...
:'( now, I feel like I want to make trade with new one.. $15K at dealer right now.

i paid 18,000 out the door with 3yr, 50,000 mi. warr. 5yr bumper to bumper, and a 5yr warr. on the paint. i saw in the paper today 2004 selling for 12,600. makes' me sick
