Hey team, i have an oil leak from my oil pan, i was wondering what common problems you have come across, and what i should do to fix this. Is it just a seal or all of the oil pan?

Is it from the oilpan? An oil leak can come from the oil filter or oil plug. If oil is below half the oil filter can come loose.
This had happened to me, If in fact it is the oil pan you have to replace the gasket. I do t know how yours is leaking unless you smacked the bottom of your engine against something.

I keep forgetting most of you live in snowy areas.
I don't have rust to deal with. I have a lot of rain here to wash under my car for me, no salt for this guy.
