edit: well, my post previewed like it would work.

You cannot use thumbnail links for your images.
What you need to do is go to user cp, and use the upload feature for the image. Once uploaded, then use the link for where it is to use it in your sig.

for example, your sig pic below, I uploaded then linked to it.

Second, it is weird the name if the file, has my name, Eric, in it.

So upload it, use that link, and you will be set.
