Bought the car in March 2021 with only 19 K Kms. on it from a local Mazda dealer. Purchased an aftermarket extended warranty for added peace of mind (will expire Mar.2026 - Not used to date).
This was my first Mazda purchase. I've been a Ford/Mercury/Lincoln guy most of my driving life. Decided to give the Mazda a try and haven't regretted it to date.
The Good:
Very nicely appointed features and interior materials (GT). The heads up display has really grown on me. Car runs smoothly and is pretty economical on gas. General maintenance has been easy to perform.
Issues:
Dealer replaced Switchable HLA's and motor mount, both under TSB's. Climate control is a little flakey at times. Car feels a bit underpowered at times (mostly when A/C is running). Paint chips easily (Crystal Soul Red Metallic).
Will I buy another Mazda when the time comes? I'd definitely consider it.
