welcome, they are either talking about "for sale" or the FS-DE motor. they are most likely talking about "For Sale" seeing as there is a for sale section.

ok that was stupid lol makes sense should remembered that from my old honda forums becuase I used to have a civic but my brother totaled it 2 weeks ago :-( now lookin to get a MSP :-) thx for help

FS-DE is the code for the motor in the MSP and the 3rd gen proteges in general.

Bring a list of APR calculations with you. Tell them what you will pay total for the car, how many months and for what APR. Know the monthly payments based on that and don't budge. Don't let them play the payment game. If you do they have about 30 ways to screw you. Pay attention to all aspects: Total price, trade in value, apr, and loan term.

Good luck(yes)

thanks a lot... well I think I want to get the Sunlight silver it looks pretty nice.... they said like out the door price will be 20500 think thats too high? or whatcha guys think? i live in So. Cal

Seems too high..I paid much less than that 6 months ago even when it was a current model...and prices for cars on average are pretty high around here.

any So cal people with reasoning for the pricing?
also they said that only 1700 were made of the mazdaspeed is it that? or 1750 i heard it was 1750

Yeah its limited production but I dont see why its that high...especially since they are trying to get rid of 2003 models. That price seems right, most of us bough it when they had $3000 rebate. But there should be no reason why the speed should still be around 20K. Maybe because it was sunlight silver. Just look around. and try to talk them down. Check Mazda's website for any rebate and incentives.

I would definately get the Sunlight Silver ;). I have one... love it. I paid 17k for mine.

I paid $18000 out the door for mine. Im sure they can bring the price down cause they need to get rid of them. By the way I would go with the lazer blue. There are way too many silvers and titaniums down by where I live

Yea it was 18000 with everything. The Injen is awesome the blow off is 50 times louder and I can feel a hp difference as well. If you go to Adventon I think its somewhere around 200 I forget
