I was just up there last month for the New England Forest Rally, which actually took place in Errol.
Sadly I couldn't find 93 anywhere... also 91 is the same price as 93 down here.
And once you get off of 93 it takes about an hour to get to Errol even though it doesn't look far. All the roads are basically 35-45 off the highway and the cops do pull you over (bang).
But the end of 93 is beautiful through the mountains.
You had to buy your own ticket to be reimbursed later? Damn that's a crazy amount for the company to put on you, plus all your other expenses. Back when I was in the corp world they purchased my plane ticket and hotel stay. Everything else was expenses.
uhg, still sore from last night's ride. 24mi at 15.5 mph.
Three of us rode, the bike shops owner's wife and another girl who hasn't been riding long and didn't feel well. First part of the ride was slowwww to wait for her, but she headed home early, so the two of us faster people took off, and are about at similar levels. Did 19+ on the flats then did a pretty nasty little climb.
During the first part of the ride I did a bunch of intervals, plus that climb and my legs were on fire the last few miles of the ride.
