man i miss a few days, bruce crashed the thread, and josh lived in a church.. and yes james your always in embarassing pictures everywhere you go (boobs).. Chris had a b-day party.. well happy b-day.. im a week late but hey better then never..

Took the little ones Roller Skating yesterday. Havent been since I was in middle school. Had a good time! Kids were on their butts more than their skates!

Mornin folks. Went out to TGI Friday's last night and I think my steak was funky cuz I've been up all night with the absolute worst stomach bug/food poisoning ever. I'll spare you all the details but it's now 12 hours after it started and my stomach's still hating me.
Gonna take it nice and easy today. The good news is I've dropped almost 5 pounds overnight (cool)

Sorry could'nt make it yesterday or today Bruce. I've been sick with the flu since friday did not work today at AZ neither and feel like crap.
Maybe next time.
One was completely shot and leaking fluid everywhere. The others are most likely just as bad.
So we got the new struts and springs in, also installed a GT Spec rear strut bar. In all a great day of wrenching in the heated garage. Woot!
No Worries, hope you feel better.
We swapped in the rear, new wheel bearings, pads and rotors. Oleg also changed the rear swaybar bushings. Good day.
