it was a bit sloppy here this morning. I had rain for most of the drive, but once I got towards campus, it turned to snow.

wow, 31 yrs? well, i've got 16 here and we're about to go thru a merger soon, in the next 6 months...should be interesting!

Yeah... I can think of two other people in the department that woudl be better suited for that... but hey... not my call (thankfully)

Morning....my commute was good. I avoided the highway due to the rain and I know that everyone would be speeding up then braking, speeding up then braking so I took a little two lane back road and at the base of the mountain where it becomes 4 lanes had a little fun with a guy in an NA.

Sux to hear about your friend Phen....did they at least offer him some kind of package? I have 16yrs as well here but rumors are flying since the Corp. HQ moved from our location to oversees.....

I'm pretty sure they do give a pacakge to the folks that are getting the axe today. Rumor was 20% across the board.

I hear ya....we had several around Y2K....at one point there were approx 2,000 employees at my office...current pop. is around 400... All of the execs are now located in Sweden so rumor is this office may be closed and pertinent employees will either go oversees or to Houston....of course this has been flying around for over a year now...

Yes and no....my company was formed back in 1927 but I'm sure the two who merged were direct competitors to yours back in the 1800's....kinda cool.

I dig it. I like the European / Asian market Focus. Looks really nice.

Search continues for a new car.

Thinking about the Ford Fiesta and Mazda 2. More-so the Fiesta at the moment. I am still haggling with the dealer with the 2009 WRX but not going to bend over backwards for it.

I dig it. Scoped it all out at the auto show, and the sedan as well. Honestly I like the styling a bit better than the Mazda 2.

Yeah I need to go and actually test drive these cars still.. I want to wait until the new Focus comes out but I am not sure I can... I would probably be able to pull through it if I knew the ST was available at launch.

I saw Focus in UK , very bad ass looking , it was better looking then civic too, now that i recall i saw more focus then civic's or Peugeot's , Fiat 500 was cool too

Saw an RS at Mid-Ohio last year. I needed new shorts.
