Need tip to install Evo 8 Rear spoiler on Mazdaspeed Protege

IMO that's the only way you can pull it off. Like piranha and joka1 Low on 18's to even out the proportion of the wing. 4x4 mode and on smaller wheels you might as well just slap on apc stickers and clear tails

I totally agree. I had both the 03.5 MSP wing and an Evo wing sitting in front of me and I chose the 03.5 wing. The Evo wing is just too rice-looking on the car without it being really ******' low and big wheels...

I personally think that the wing looks "OK" on some cars like Joka and Piranna because they had colors that worked with it..

Black and Black with drop and 18" rims...

Yellow and Black with drop and 18" rims.

The white somehow looks like you stuck a huge wing on a base model.

For sure it will not make the car perform better and that is why you will get negative feedback when you post stuff like this.

I will say, good job in doing ht research and doing it properly.. even if I don't personally approve of the result.

Definitely True, but too late to go back.
3 days working on it, had to fill all wholes from previous spoiler with Fiberglass, primed, re paint..

Sand and respray the spoiler, etc...
Might get these 18" and low mine as well lol.

ima tell u a few tips becareful with that wing the stock evo 8 wings have really bad oem clear the center section always starts to fog and haze and eventually crack and peel so get it reclared asap second thing i thought u should kno is that the evo 8 wing can be completly sanded down and the whole wing is actually carbon 1x1 weave looks awsom lol

I already sand the whole wing down, spray the sides white and clear coat the whole thing..

the straight shot from the rear looks good. I would remove the black moldings on the doors next, they stand out too much.

Paint or delete the rub strips IMO. definitely grab some springs and 5mm spacers. strips are nearly free and you can score springs and spacers in the for sale section pretty cheap
